Return and Exchange Policy
At Tress Bliss, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, treatments, oils)
- Hair tools that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@tressbliss.com with your order number
- Provide the reason for your return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over HKD 500.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different variant (color, size, etc.) if available. To exchange an item:
- Contact us at support@tressbliss.com with your order number
- Specify which item you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead
- We'll confirm availability and provide exchange instructions
- Ship the original item back to us
- We'll send your replacement once we receive the returned item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@tressbliss.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@tressbliss.com
